NADRA Goes Online

 

London: The National Database & Registration Authority of Pakistan (NADRA) has launched a web-based registration system in order to facilitate Pakistanis living abroad to obtain National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) and Pakistan Origin Card (POC). 

 

With the introduction of the web-based system, expatriate Pakistanis would now be able to apply for their NICOPs and POCs online without visiting NADRA offices.  The applicants would be able to pay the fee for NADRA through credit cards. 

 

The applications received online will be processed within 7-10 days and NICOPs/POCs cards will be dispatched to the applicants at their given addresses via recorded delivery.

 

The simple and user friendly online system has been made fully operational. It would eliminate delays caused due to transportation of manual forms from Pakistani embassies/missions to NADRA Headquarters in Pakistan. 

 

Pakistanis living in the UK can make maximum use of this facility to avail NADRA’s services efficiently. This is in addition to manual forms, NADRA Swift Registration Centres (NSRCs) and Mobile Registration Teams (MRTs) which are providing mobile form acceptance services throughout UK extending NADRA services to the doorstep of the Pakistani community.
